Here is my latest rock sculpt in zBrush. This was made as part of a recorded tutorial which will be uploaded soon to my YouTube channel @kingdomcrafter. The key was to break the rock sculpt down into 4 stages. Base shape, secondary details, refine, and polish / tertiary details. In the tutorial I do timelapse a few sections, however I explain what we did, and compare each stage. Also, there is a portion where I show how well this asset performs in Unreal.
